Enthusiastic warm greeting and service. Years best fish and chips by far. Outstanding flavour, texture by far. Ultimately the best in Cottingham. Grape experience overall I enjoyed everything. "Kismet Fisheries is a good traditional fish and chip shop. The fish and chips are very good, and there is a wide choice of fish cakes and pies. The traditional hull patties are nice, light, and fluffy, and you can taste the herbs, although I personally prefer a little bit more sage in them. There are plenty of extras to choose from, gravy mushy peas, etc. The staff are very friendly and there is seating inside and outside."

"Just had their fish and chips. It was the best I ever had. Fish was juicy and coating was crispy and not oily. Gravy peas and curry were also nice and fresh. Chips tasted flavourful. Everything Halal. Must try."

"As visitors from North Wales, staying in the Lazzat Hotel, they decided to "close the restaurant for the evening"without any prior notice. We drove into Cottingham to have a meal and we came across the Kismet Fisheries. Best ever fish and chips hubby and I have tasted, massive portion, we ordered large but the portion was mega. Absolutely delicious perfect batter, and fish sooo yummy. The lovely ladies made us so welcome and the little seating area was spotless. Cottingham is very lucky to have the Kismet Fisheries as their local chip shop. Excellent price. Thank you again."
